Q: When did you start drawing?
A: I've been drawing for as long as I can remember! I was way more consistent at it as a kid than I am now though. ToTQ: Did you go to art school?
A: Yes! I've studied fine arts in high school, art & design in college and now hold both a Bachelor's and Masters Degree for studying Game Design and Game Art in university.Q: Do you draw traditionally and what are your favourite mediums?
A: I try to from time to time! I love drawing with graphite, coloured pencils and Copic markers. And maybe a little watercolour and gouache sometimes.Q: What programs do you use to draw digitally?
A: I use Paint Tool SAI2 for the whole drawing process and Photoshop for post-processing. I am able to use CSP and Procreate as well, depending on what I need to make!Q: Can I pay you in expos-

▪ You will have automatically agreed with all the following terms once you purchase one and/or any of my listed services, so please take the time to read this thoroughly, as I have the right to cancel your commission if the terms agreement isn't mutual.
▪ In the occasion you do not agree with my terms, please refrain from requesting any services.
▪ My commissions are not first come first serve and I reserve the right to decline any requests I'm not comfortable accepting.
▪ You may not, under ANY circumstances, use my art for NFTs or AI.PAYMENT
▪ Please do not commission me if you are not comfortable with your financial situation.
▪ Payment is 100% of the price upfront under all and any circumstances.
▪ Please do not send any payment before I have fully accepted your request.REVISIONS
▪ You will receive a WIP image for the sketch, lineart, and colour steps of the progress.
▪ You may request up to 1 free revisions per step.
▪ A fee will be added for any other requests on the final drawing and/or to change something that was previously approved. The price will depend on the amount of time and work needed.
▪ Please remember you are responsible for the accuracy of your request and references. Your request might be denied and/or you may face higher revision fees if your request is unclear and vague.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
▪ I am not currently able to work with deadlines due to the nature of my day job. Rush orders will be declined.
▪ You can expect the commission turnaround to be anytime between 1 week to 3 months. This factors in my health, work shifts, complexity of the commission and other extraordinary circumstances such as family, pet or house related emergencies.
▪ Any more delays past the estimated time will be communicated as soon as I am able to.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
1) As the artist, I have the rights to:
▪ The produced artwork. not the characters depicted in it.
▪ Promote my artwork on my social platforms at any given time (this does not apply for NDA work).2) As the buyer, you are ALLOWED to:
▪ Repost or use the commission for your socials' icon or header, as long as credit is given and is clearly visible in your profile/post.
▪ Print your commission to display in your home.3) As the buyer, you are NOT ALLOWED to:
▪ Trace the artwork.
▪ Claim the artwork as your own.
▪ Remove and signatures and/or watermarks from the artwork.
▪ Alter the artwork in any way without permission.
▪ Sell and/or profit from the artwork- You will need to pay for commercial fee for these rights (see paragraph 4).
▪ Failure to adhere to these terms will see you blacklisted from all future commissions.4) For commercial clients:
▪ The full commission price + royalties will be discussed and agreed upon before any form of payment is taken and before any of the work begins.
▪ Please ensure to clearly communicate how you plan to use the artwork.
▪ You may not attempt to waive any of the commercial fees; doing this will see you blacklisted from all future commissions.PRIVATE REQUESTS
▪ Requesting your commission to remain private means I, the artist, will not share any WIPs on social media, nor will I share my process on stream.
▪ The final artwork may be posted once you, the client, have agreed for me to do so.
▪ You may want to consider this option if you wish for your commission to be a surprise for someone or if you are VTuber looking to debut for example.
▪ You may not attempt to waive the NDA fee.REFUNDS
▪ You are required to contact me to discuss all and any type of refund.
▪ You can request a full refund if you have paid and the artwork hasn't been started yet.
▪ You can request a partial refund of 50% of the original price paid if the artwork is in its early stages (anytime between the sketch and finished lineart).
▪ Refunds are no longer available past the finished lineart and colour stages.
▪ It is possible to be offered a full refund if I am no longer able to work on your commission for any reason.
▪ When a refund request is accepted, I will send the money back to you myself.CHARGEBACKS
▪ You may not file a chargeback under any circumstance.
▪ Purposely filing for a chargeback with or without prewarning will have your accounts and email permanently blacklisted.HARASSMENT
▪ Any harassment given in an attempt to forcefully claim a slot will see you blacklisted.
▪ Any rude and insulting comments towards me or my artwork will not be tolerated and you will be blacklisted.
▪ Do not ask me to replicate someone else's work.
